Role Title : Regional Commercial Manager - International Business

Location: Hosur (Tamil Nadu) / Bangalore (Karnataka)
To manage the commercials needs of the IB region and ensure Government regulations at the state and federal level in the IB markets are complied.
Need to mange contribution of the IB business in the region and faciliate in prioritizing resouces.
Analyze commercial data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
Need to evaluate success of past projects/ intiative and make beneficial changes to the future projects.
Should constantly review trade agreements between countrues and forecast policies emerging policies.
Should negotiate contracts terms with distributors and concerned parties. Need to manage relationsip with contracted parties.
Establish oversease contractor with logal agencies in respective counties and facilitate renewal of the same on a periodic basis.
Estabish pricing strategy for FG, Spares and accessories sales in the IB markets.
Need to continuously get updated on the taxes and rebates available in the IB markets and leverage it.
Responsisble for continuously review government regulations at the state and federal level in IB markets and make sure we are complying to it.
Ensure receivables are managed within the contracted terms with the related parties.
He is authorized to finalize product (OE and Spare parts) pricing.
Negotiate and establish contracts.
Take measures to comply to regulations of the country (IB markets)

Work/Base Location: Hosur/ Bangalore.
Important: The role involves international deputation (Minimum tenure 2-3 years).. Candidate should be open for deputation for any of the below location.
Probable Deputation possibilities:
Countries of deputation: For Africa region - Ghana (Akra) / Kenya (Nairobi) , For ASEAN (Philippines),
There will be a separate CTC worked out and decided if deputation happens.

Years of experience: 5-10 Years
Qualification: Qualified CA
