Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing Profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, & other social networking sites.
Screening Resumes & shortlist as per JD.
Schedule F2F & Virtual Interviews as per Client requirements.
Coordinate with Candidates from Interview process to Hiring process.
Follow up with Clients regarding Interview Feedback.
Cold-Calling on a Daily basis to meet Team Targets.
